10-15 volunteers needed from 5:00-8:00pm Address: 3301 Commerce Drive (near the intersection of Gordon Highway and North Leg) POC: Kim Jackson, Child Hunger Program Coordinator Due to an unexpected inventory issue, this is a last minute need for 15-20 volunteers to help pack boxes for our “Pantry Pack” program. This program provides a weekend bag of food to students identified as food insecure. Volunteers should be at least 13 years old, comfortable standing for 2-3 hours and able to lift 10 lbs repeatedly. Dress: Comfortable gym-type clothes that can get dirty and tennis shoes. Volunteers can self-schedule online or email

Stamp Out Hunger Annual Food Drive
Saturday, May 12
We will need over 75 volunteers for this annual event. 5-10 volunteers needed at each post office location in Richmond, Columbia and Aiken counties. Volunteer shifts will be for 2-3 hours between the hours of 12:00-6:00pm. The number of volunteers needed at each post office location will also vary. Specific shift times and more volunteer information for each location will be communicated in March. Volunteers will help unload food donations from the postal carrier vehicles when they arrive at the post office. Volunteers should be at least 13 years old and able to lift 10-15 pound bags repeatedly. Volunteers can schedule through Ann Malay at
