This year's theme is 'Educate ! Entertain ! Express !' There will be a number of speakers and local groups to perform, including Strom Thurmond High School's very own Gospel Choir. This program is sponsored by McDonald's of Edgefield. The Black History Committee is asking that people from all cultures and all places come out and enjoy the festivities !
