88.3 WAFJ’s Core Beliefs
As we’re called to serve in the CSRA, 88.3 WAFJ:
• Believes the Bible to be inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
• Believes that there is one God, eternally existent in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
• Believes in the deity of Christ; in His virgin birth; in His sinless life; in His miracles; His vicarious, victorious, and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection; in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
• Believes that for the salvation of lost and sinful man regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
• Believes in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, His indwelling presence enables followers of Christ to live a godly life.
• Believes in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, those who are saved will experience the resurrection of life and those who refused God’s gift of grace and salvation will be lost to the resurrection of damnation.
• Believes in the spiritual unity of believers in Christ.
• Believes in the Biblical understanding of marriage, the family, and human sexuality.
• Believes in a Biblical world view that requires all activities of this organization be, and all resources of this organization – including but not limited to all broadcasts, publications, directories, databases, announcements, web sites, facilities, etc. – be used, in furtherance of and/or consistent with this Biblical world view and the Christian mission that it commands

Radio Training Network, the licensee of WAFJ-FM, is a religious broadcaster as defined by the regulations of the Federal Communications Commission. See 47 C.F.R. 73.2080 © (1); Review of the Commission’s Broadcast and Cable Equal Employment Opportunity Rules and Policies, 17 FCC Rcd.24018 (2002). As a religious broadcaster, Radio Training Network has established a religious qualification for all employee positions at WAFJ-FM. In accordance with the FCC’s rules, Radio Training Network makes reasonable, good faith efforts to recruit applicants, without regard to race, color, national origin or gender, among those who are qualified for employment based on their religious belief or affiliation. Listed below are the full-time vacancies filled during this reporting period, followed by a master list of recruitment sources used during the period to solicit applicants.
