Evening Schedule Closing – All tables wiped down, the floor swept&mopped, the bathroom taken care of including trash, silverware rolled (if needed), keeping the drink fridge stock (we use soda cans), and other things that may come up. During your shift duties – you must be able to handle ordering, food out, tables bused, dish-washing on occasion if needed (we have a machine), checking out customers, taking to-go orders whether in person or on phone. Pay/Tips = The hourly pay starts off at $2.35 and will include taxes taken out and at the end of the year or beginning of next you will receive a W2. Pay stubs will be available upon request. The tips are shared evenly with all front workers (mostly my mother) she is here all day long and helps with food runs and serving and sometimes kitchen prep. However, during a 3 month trial if it is proven that you are able to handle the entire front alone, which includes, ordering, customer checkouts, bussing tables, to-go orders, and min. dishwashing run, then ALL tips made during your shift if worked alone will be solely yours starting after those 3 months. Uniform = When starting all black is okay, but once you have officially been here past training, you will need to purchase your own shirt or shirts with our logo on them. Training = Training will be at least 2 weeks paid, but under the table (if you do not make the 2 weeks), if you surpass the 2 weeks then all hours will be added to your normal paycheck. Tips are paid out weekly in a form of a check as well.
