Job Description: Professional Painter (Residential & Commercial) ?We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Professional Painter to join our team. This role requires versatility, as you will be responsible for transforming interior and exterior spaces across both residential homes and commercial properties. The ideal candidate takes immense pride in their craftsmanship, maintains a clean workspace, and possesses a deep understanding of different finishes and application techniques. ?### Key Responsibilities ?1. Surface Preparation & Protection ?Protection: Mask off areas not to be painted using tape, plastic, and drop cloths to protect furniture, flooring, and hardware. ?Surface Prep: Scrape, sand, and power-wash surfaces to remove old paint and debris. Fill holes, cracks, and joints with putty, caulk, or plaster. ?Priming: Apply primers or sealers to ensure new paint adheres correctly and provides a uniform finish. ?2. Application & Finishing ?Technique: Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment (HVAC/Airless) with precision. ?Color Matching: Mix and match colors or tints to meet specific client requests or to touch up existing finishes. ?Specialty Coatings: Apply weatherproofing, fire-retardant, or anti-corrosion coatings for commercial and industrial projects. ?3. Site & Equipment Management ?Logistics: Set up scaffolding, ladders, and "cherry pickers" safely to reach high ceilings or exterior walls. ?Maintenance: Clean and maintain brushes, sprayers, and other tools to ensure longevity and performance. ?Cleanup: Ensure the job site is spotless upon completion, removing all hazardous waste and materials. ?

Qualifications:
Valid Drivers License Safety Compliance Background Check Must be 18yrs old and able to provide own transportation.
