Celebrating 22 Years!

Family-Friendly 88.3 WAFJ is celebrating 22 years of serving the CSRA with Contemporary Christian Music. The station was signed on in September 1994 by Radio Training Network, a non-profit organization which operates other Christian radio stations in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Missouri. Over the years, we have experienced tremendous growth in both audience and reach. Currently, 88.3 WAFJ can also be heard on 92.7 in Sylvania, GA, 98.3 in Washington, GA and 93.3 in Wadley, GA. The station is also available worldwide through streaming audio on our website and free mobile app.

In August 2014, we signed on our sister station, 88.7 Shine FM (WBIJ), playing modern praise and worship music around the clock.

The station is and always has been listener-supported. We are grateful for each one who so generously gives financially to make this ministry possible.
