I vividly remember my third grade talent show. For weeks, I mulled over just the right outfit and practiced my song until I was blue in the face. Finally, the day came to wow the crowd at South Elementary School with a stirring rendition of THE hottest song of that era: "Can You Feel The Love Tonight" from Lion King (yes, I sang all of the parts - including Timon & Pumba.) It was TERRIFYING! 

Singing in front of a crowd isn't easy, at any age - but singing in front of a gym full of ruthless third graders is a new level of Jumanji - so I have the utmost respect for any young person who has the courage to get up in front of their classmates & perform in a talent show.

THIS kid is a superstar! Although he was the last performer of the night at his school's talent show, he was a total showstopper! With his Dad accompanying him on guitar, he proceeded to sing a medley of iconic 80's hits, proving that even at 8 years old, you can still have impeccable taste in music.

He seems a little nervous at the beginning, but by the final song, he has hit his stride and even breaks out some dance moves!
