Family-owned Rental Company is looking for a skilled maintenance technician for apartments and houses in Augusta, GA. The job description is broad so we are seeking someone who has a variety of skills and is most of all, A PROBLEM SOLVER. Plumbing and light electrical is a must. Can you snake a drain, replace a faucet, set a toilet, find wherever that water dripping from the ceiling is coming from? Can you install a ceiling fan or figure out why an outlet doesn't work? Can you make and follow a punch-out list of repairs needed before a new tenant moves into their home? You may need to hang towel bars...straight. You also may need to rebuild a drawer track in the kitchen or replace doorknobs and hang blinds. The job description ends up being...whatever needs to be done. Because of that, this person much posses multiple skills or at the least be really good at following directions. If you can diagnose and repair a non-working fridges or replace a motherboard on a dishwasher - you have a huge plus in our book! If you can troubleshoot and install HVAC - you're hired! Come join our team. Many of our employees have been here for years. Pay rate is based on how much knowledge you posses about the above typed situations.
