Description:
Call Center Representative $14 per hour: Full time position Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with a one hour lunch. As a call center representative, your job is to act as a patient liaison and assist patients in a variety of situations. Essential job functions include but not limited to: Answer and direct incoming telephone calls; handle incoming referral requests; schedule/reschedule patient appointments; follow up on canceled or no show appointments; mail/fax correspondence to referring physicians; triage emergent phone calls. We offer a comprehensive benefit package to include: health insurance, life insurance, 401 k retirement plan, uniform allowance, 2 1/2 weeks of PTO (paid time off) in your first year increasing to 3 1/2 weeks of PTO in your second year of employment with us! Starting salary is $14 per hour or higher commensurate with experience.
Qualifications:
Members of our call center are part of a team tasked with providing a quality, caring experience to all of our patients. The right candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent computer skills, must be detail oriented, must convey a professional attitude along with strong customer service skills, be team oriented and have excellent attendance. Call center experience preferred but not required. We'll train the right candidate!
