Description:
Pay Rate: $14-$16 per hour (depending on experience) Hours: 30-40 hours per week, including some weekends. All work completed by 3 PM daily. Flexible scheduling available to accommodate school schedules. As an Independent Contractor Cleaner with our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in various residential and commercial properties. You will work independently, ensuring that each assigned location is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to company standards. This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing their own schedules. Responsibilities: -Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and restroom sanitation. -Clean and sanitize surfaces, including windows, mirrors, and fixtures. -Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and inform management when supplies need to be reordered. -Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning products as directed. -Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. -Maintain confidentiality and security of client premises.
Qualifications:
Requirements: -Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not required. -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. -Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. -Excellent time management skills. -Reliable transportation to various job sites. -Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Preferred(but not required) -High school diploma or equivalent. -Experience in residential or commercial cleaning. -Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies.
