Description:
Are you a people person?? Expanding collection agency seeking a self-motivated telephone collector. Competitive pay starting at $16 an hour plus GREAT commission. This position has opportunity for growth and the ability to increase your earning potential through commission, as well as your knowledge of debt collecting that will benefit your future. Employer offers medical insurance, 401 K, paid holidays, and vacation time. The hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. NO WEEKENDS.
Qualifications:
• No collector experience necessary and onsite training will be provided. • Time management, computer proficiency, and communication skills are necessary. • Must be able to multitask. • MUST be able to pass a drug screen, employer performs drug test on hire date and at random. • Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus!
