Pressure Washing and Maintenance Professional

Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pressure Washer and Maintenance Person to join our team. The Power Washer is responsible for using high-pressure water sprayers to clean surfaces and performing a variety of maintenance tasks for our clients. This role requires attention to safety, physical stamina, and the ability to operate cleaning equipment efficiently. Responsibilities • Operate pressure washing equipment to clean surfaces, including siding, concrete, decks, roofs, fences, parking lots, and industrial equipment. • Mix and apply cleaning solutions when necessary to remove mold, mildew, grease, and other tough stains. • Assist with maintenance in residential and commercial spaces. • Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify if standards are met and any potential issues. • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. • Communicate with clients or supervisor about specific cleaning needs or concerns. • Follow all safety procedures, including the proper handling of chemicals and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in power washing, exterior cleaning, and/or maintenance is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. • Knowledge of pressure washing and general maintenance practices • Ability to operate and maintain power washing equipment. • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures related to pressure washing, cleaning chemicals, and general maintenance. • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Good communication skills for interacting with clients and management. • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if travel to job sites is required). • Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments and lift up to 50 lbs.
