Veterinary Receptionist

Description:
Greenbrier Veterinary Services is an established veterinary practice located at 1715 General Wood Pkwy in Evans, Ga. We are looking grow our professional and caring team. Our customer service-oriented staff will make our client’s and their pets a priority. Motivated individuals who are able to maintain a fast work pace and multi-task will be desired. Candidate must be able to work quickly and efficiently within the team. Good communication and team work is mandatory. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and drive who will take initiative to get the job done. Also We are looking for enthusiastic applicants with excellent customer service skills. Must be able to answer phones in a professional manner, schedule patients appointments, assemble patient charts in an organized fashion, must be detail oriented and able to work with constant changes throughout the day. Experience working in a Veterinary clinic is preferred. 30-40 hours a week available - Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 6:30 pm. No Weekends No phones calls please.
