Description:
Three Runs Plantation is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor. Three Runs Plantation is a 2400 acre Master Planned Equestrian Community with over 30 miles of riding trails, Dressage and Jumping Arenas, Cross Country Courses and Clubhouse and Activity Center complexes. Three Runs is located about 10 miles South of Aiken, SC. We are seeking an experienced, friendly person to serve as the working Supervisor of our grounds and facilities. Responsibilities include: • Care and maintenance of all common area grounds, buildings and equipment • Maintenance of equestrian arenas and riding trails • Maintaining a respectful, positive rapport with residents • Monitoring community input regarding maintenance issues requiring attention • Hire, train, manage small staff as required Knowledge of: • Equipment operation & maintenance • Tree, plant and grass care (planting, watering, fertilizing, pruning, etc.) • Irrigation repair & maintenance Compensation: • $20 per hour • Holiday, Sick & Vacation Compensation Must have reliable transportation, have a valid driver’s license, and pass a background check. Qualifications:
Must be a dependable, self-started with prior Supervising experience. Knowledge of: • Equipment operation & maintenance • Tree, plant and grass care (planting, watering, fertilizing, pruning, etc.) • Irrigation repair & maintenance
